Great service from point of contact to fitting of new boiler. The hot water on our boiler has been playing up for a while but on Thursday it packed up altogether no hot water and no heating, I was given the number of a local guy who I called and was very helpful and came out to have a look at it at 10pm which was unexpected. He said that he thought that the printed circuit had gone but was not sure if it was still available but would check when he had time, our boiler was around 20 years old and on its last legs so while he was there I asked him how much a new 25kw boiler would cost fitted he said to my amazement that it would cost £6,500 but he could not fit it for at least 3 weeks after 40 min and £80 for his visit he left and said he would be in touch.
The next day after a bit of searching I found a recon part in North London for £40 which I collected and fitted myself on my return but this did not rectify the fault, so while not relishing another day without heating or hot water I decided to replace the boiler and started looking to buy my own boiler and get a plumber to fit it…. while doing this my wife who was sat next me looking at FB an advert for Happy Heat popped up saying boilers fitted the same day , being the skeptic that I am I thought this can’t be right but I text them anyway.
This was the best thing I could have done Martin was extremely helpful and very knowledgable and after a few exchanges of information and photos of our current boiler he came back to me within minutes with a price which was more than half the cost the previous plumber was quoting me, this was Friday night and he said he could get it fitted next day and that the engineers would be with me by 7am next day.
Saturday morning Archie and Jimmy arrived exactly at 7am two very obliging and polite young men, they worked relentlessly during the day to get our boiler fitted and working and besides having to overcome a few difficulties they were determined not leave us without heating or hot water, by 7pm everything was working again.
These two young guys are a credit to their company left everything spotless and working.
If you are thinking of getting a new boiler do not look anywhere else but Happy Heating there name is perfect I am very Happy ! The whole team are excellent and would highly recommend them

We had a wonderful experience with Happy Heat. We needed fairly significant work and Martin and Lauren came over and were with us for ages going through the options, looking at absolutely everything, having a chat about our needs and advising accordingly.

We then had John and Jack out for the works and they were absolutely exceptional. A couple of issues came up (not related to them but boiler location and supplier issues) and they went absolutely above and beyond. They really did everything and were so kind when the works over ran even though it wasn’t in their control whatsoever.

They were extremely thorough with the radiator clean and always left the area clean and tidy in between days, we’re always happy to explain things to us and answer any questions.

We had our boiler and 6 radiators replaced with Happy Heat. Lauren the heating engineer was excellent at diagnosing the problems and deciding the plan of action going forward. Very honest and clear with what will happen. Even when a slight hiccup of when the timing of the job starting was happening, it was handled with great care and professionalism. Really made sure we were happy and sure about our plan of action.

The guys who worked on the job - John, Jack, Archie and Lawrence were expectional. They worked so hard, with long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up so well after the job and you can tell they took great pride in their work. And it was over the worst of the heat wave heat and I cannot thank them enough for grafting so hard in such hot conditions. They were always super friendly and lovely to my 4 year old daughter and good communicators with us.

Our old boiler (over 20 years old!) finally gave up, and choosing Happy Heat turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

Martin, the owner, came out twice to assess everything properly. Instead of rushing into a replacement, he spent time working out the best solution, making every effort to keep our existing cupboard and reuse the current flue opening. He recommended a boiler that was the best option both technically and financially, and it was obvious he was focused on finding the right solution for us rather than the most expensive one.

Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. The quote system and regular messages kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening.

On installation day, engineers John and Jack arrived right on time and worked incredibly hard all day. They had the tricky job of removing and then reinstalling the cupboard around the boiler, and they did it with great care. Everything was left neat and tidy.

During the installation, it turned out the pump also needed replacing. Lauren and Martin were brilliant once again, helping us find the best solution without unnecessary cost and arranging for the engineers to come back the very next day to finish everything.

What really stood out was how everyone at Happy Heat treated us. We never felt like just another customer—it genuinely felt like dealing with people who cared and wanted the best outcome for us. Professional, honest, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.

Just wanted to thank Lauren for visiting me and explaining everything we needed when our boiler died. Lauren explained all the products that we could add on and how those products all work and how it would benefit our new boiler.
I also want to say a massive thank you to Jamie who was our boiler installer he managed to fit our new boiler and Hive heating in a day and did a fantastic job, he cleared all the rubbish from our old boiler and left no mess anywhere.
I would highly recommend this family run local heating company if you need a new boiler or if you need your boiler repaired or serviced.

Huge shoutout to Happy Heat for saving the day (and my sanity)! 🔥 They came out today to fit a brand new boiler and thermostat, and honestly… I’m almost excited for cold weather now. Almost. 😄

From start to finish, the service was spot on — friendly, professional, and no messing around. They explained everything in plain English (no confusing jargon), worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Bonus points for being genuinely lovely people too!

Martin provides an excellent service from start to finish: response for a quote for a boiler replacement, coming to review the work required, providing a quote, that being a cost effective quote. Where other quote providers were quoting for scaffolders, Martin was cost effective in that he hired a Cherry Picker to install the boiler flue. He and Lauren got the job done in 1 day.  Covered the carpets, tidied up and leaving the room clean after they had finished installing the boiler. He registered the Vaillant boiler to activate the warranty and also at the Council too.

Woke up to no heating and no hot water.  Texted Martin who said he would be with me by 10 am.  He was as good as his word.  He found the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. I run a busy London NHS GP Practice and Martin is always quick to respond and help us. Over the last few years he has installed us a new boiler and pump at great rates and is always clean and respectful of our busy space with patients.

Martin from Happy Heat did an outstanding job fixing our electric boiler. He was clear and thorough in explaining every step, very polite, and genuinely friendly throughout. He came out on multiple visits, changed the main board, reconnected the wireless thermostat, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Martin even called the boiler manufacturer to double‑check that all instructions were followed and the system was installed correctly. At the end, he repressurised the system and checked that both the heating and domestic hot water were working as they should. From initial contact Martin was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions and the price quoted was really competitive.

Mark and Tommi did a great job replacing my old boiler with hive heating, flushing out the system and installing a new radiator (I know it brought up more than a few challenges!). They set an appointment window and then didn’t show up. They took no responsibility and when pressed about it over the phone, blamed me for not answering a phone call they did not give a heads up about, then hung up on me. No attempt was made to actually show up during the appointment window, and yet they blamed me for missing the appointment. An appointment is an appointment, and if a call ahead is a requirement that expectation should be clear. I am surprised to see all the glowingly positive reviews specifically mentioning punctuality. Happy Heat Came out to repair our entire heating system. They replaced radiators, serviced boiler and carried out a power flush on our commercial system in our warehouse.

Martin is very polite, honest and hard working. He was happy to stay late (until 11pm) and finish the job so that we had heating overnight.

He was also reasonably priced.

After multiple other companies attended my address and failed to complete a full repair on our boiler we phoned HAPPY HEAT which turned up the next morning, Martin and a young apprentice turned up and found multiple issues and carried out all repairs immediately, I was so impressed with martins attitude and the way he was taking his time to show the young apprentice how to fully test&repair a gas system we have given Happy Heat a contract to service and repair both our domestic and commercial properties
